What We Do
The Grossmont-Mt. Helix Improvement Association (GMIA) is a non-profit 501(c)(4) organization that works on behalf of our community to ensure that the quality and character of our community is preserved and enhanced. Unlike a typical homeowners association, GMIA does not own any property or facilities, and we do not have any paid officers or paid employees. Instead, we are served by an all-volunteer Board of Trustees elected by the membership.
