The California Department of State Hospitals (DSH) has recommended the placement of Sexually Violent Predators (SVP) Merle Wade Wakefield and Douglass Badger at 10957 Horizon Hills Dr. in El Cajon. Due to current COVID-19 health concerns, a placement hearing will be held virtually via Zoom on April 20, 2021 at 9am and comments will be accepted.
